 IETS to Launch eSupport System on March 23

Details On Sunday March 23, 2008 IETS will officially launch its eSupport system. This system should help both users and staff track technical support related issues. For a quick guide on how to use go to http://eweb/intranet/IETS/Workshops/index.html (on-campus access only).

Effat's eSupport system is a complete web-based technical support system. The system allows individual users to submit and track ticket items as well as find useful information empowering them to resolve many technical issues on their own.

The eSupport system provides general help desk and specific support solutions to improve the colleges' technical support. This tutorial was developed to walk you through the basics of logging into the system, submitting a ticket, and checking the status of a ticket.

Users will also be able to receive technical support by sending e-mail to support@effat.edu.sa or calling x1258. All support related items will be filtered through the eSupport System to facilitate a better method of tracking queries.
